One of your new year resolutions should be to prioritize your health. If there ever a time to do that, I think it's now especially during this Covid time🙄🙄🙄.
Just like a keystone species or keystone habit, it carries over into other areas of your life.Your health can affect other aspects in your life in a negative or positive way.

Without your health in check you won’t be able to sustain everything else well or for much longer.Prioritizing your health is how you can prevent many problems..

How do you intend achieving this? Share with me in the comment section....

You are constantly aware of how much money you spend and how much you save. What if we thought about food in the same way? We balance our meals and snacks based on what we should eat instead of what we can eat.

make smart investments in healthful foods that fill you up. Then, when you really want to splurge, go ahead. You aren’t dieting, remember. You are living.

Until it becomes second nature, you need to keep reminding yourself: Your diet is a bank account.

Let's talk about menstrual cramps

Cramps can be a good indicator that everything is happening as it should but also can highlight any abnormalities. Any significant changes in the severity of your cramps or the time and duration of these it is worth consulting your GP to check there is nothing more unusual going on-
You know your own body and should notice if something feels off.

You can also listen to my most recent podcast, I shared about what causes cramps and how to relieve it.click on the link in my bio.....
