WARNING SIGNS OF KIDNEY DAMAGE

Your kidneys are responsible for regulating your body's salt, potassium, and acid levels.

These little organ generally try to warn you of kidney damage before it causes more serious health problems. After all, the kidneys are vital organs in charge of waste elimination.

Toxins accumulate in the body when kidney functions are impaired. The earlier you detect kidney damage, the more effective your treatment will be.

Here’s what you should look out for:

👉Lower Back Pain.

One of the most common symptoms of kidney disease is lower back pain and discomfort. The pain may start on one or both sides; however, if untreated, it will usually affect both sides within a short period of time. In some cases, urinating will relieve the discomfort.

👉Urination Patterns.

Changes in urinary function, such as an odd or unfamiliar odor, paler or darker appearance, and decreased or increased frequency, are another common warning sign. Urine may suddenly become foamy, or urination may become painful.

If you notice any of these symptoms or find blood in your p*e, you should seek medical attention right away. Urinary pattern changes, in general, are indicators of acute kidney problems.

👉Swelling.

Edema or swelling can occur when the kidneys are not functioning properly and are not effectively eliminating waste from the body. These fluids can build up in the hands, feet, legs, ankles, and face. Edema in the lungs and heart can develop in severe cases.

👉Skin Problems.

Toxins can accumulate in poorly functioning kidneys, causing dryness, rashes, and severe itching.

A variety of topical treatments, prescription, over-the-counter, and natural ingredients can be beneficial; however, these will not address the underlying condition.

These Spices Can Help Lower Blood Pressure.

Dietary changes, in addition to medication, can help lower blood pressure. Here are four commonly used spices that can help:

👉 Scent Leaf (Basil).

This herb, which has a distinct flavor and is commonly used in cooking, is extremely beneficial in terms of lowering blood pressure.

Scent leaf, also known as basil, contains Eugenol, a compound that acts as a natural calcium channel blocker, allowing blood vessels to relax and thus lowering blood pressure, according to some studies.

👉Garlic.

Garlic is another spice that can help lower blood pressure. This spice contains Sulphur compounds like allicin, which may help increase blood flow and relax blood vessels, resulting in lower blood pressure.

👉Ginger.

Ginger is another spice that has medicinal properties. Ginger is a spice that improves many aspects of cardiovascular health, including circulation, cholesterol levels, and blood pressure.

Ginger, like scent leaf, is a calcium channel blocker and a natural ACE inhibitor, which are both found in blood pressure medications.

👉Cinnamon.

Cinnamon, a spice derived from tree inner bark, is also useful in the treatment of hypertension. This is because, according to some studies, this spice can help dilate and relax blood vessels, lowering blood pressure.

Stay Away from Seed Oils.

Seed oils include; Canola, sunflower, corn, soybean, and rice bran and that includes transfats like margarine & industrially processed cooking fat.

Avoid these industrially processed polyunsaturated fats.

They were originally meant for machines, not human beings.

They are the primary cause of hypertension, heart diseases, gut inflammation and other metabolic ailments like Diabetes.

Eat animal fats e.g Tallow, Lard, Butter, Ghee, Schmaltz.

You can also eat coconut oil, avocado oil and Extra virgin Olive oil.
