Someone sent me this and I want to use it to explain something 🙂

Few days ago many were arguing pillars and chaining of a building with side pillars being a must and plinth beam after dpc 🙂

Look at this picture and see if any of that is there
,let me say this again ,bungalow can sit well if constructed well without some certain costly structural implementation.

Soil texture and land topography decides a lot ,there is a clear difference between a building carrying so much literal loads then one that isn’t .

PREACH REALITY !!don’t come online to say things to sound sweet ,say the truth ,save your client unnecessary cost .

If they need it no issues ,but is not a must !

I can suggest that when the bungalow building is carry a load as penthouse ,sometimes you even see good engineers only reinforcing the part carrying the penthouse so well and letting the other part still have its look .

If you have a rich client ant they even wish to cast their foundation and other parts of the building,no issues ,they wish it to be done and can afford it .

I have a lot to say but I know experience is a big teacher.
