Facebook Marketing Tricks You Probably Don’t Know About

When you’re just starting out with online marketing, it can be a struggle to find buyers for your products. You will come across SO MANY competitors with better offers than you. Sometimes, you just wonder how these guys even make profit???

The internet business is competitive, and if you don’t innovate your marketing strategy, you will struggle with your business.

So, in this post I’m going to show you some marketing tricks that you can use to start generating MASSIVE sales using Facebook Ads.

Let’s begin😎…

There are so many ways to advertise online, but Facebook Ads is a winner when it comes to online advertising. Facebook is a great opportunity for you to grow your business online, especially when you have a small budget. But don’t get excited just yet✋!!!

Facebook is virtually a marketplace for online advertisers. There’s so much noise on Facebook, with everyone trying sell there products online. Have you noticed how merchants drag for the same customers in the market? Facebook is just the same. This is why Facebook users always spam comments with advertisements at every given opportunity. You know yourselves😏

With that said, how do you become successful in a marketplace like Facebook? Believe it or not, advertising on Facebook is VERY easy, only if you understand the cheat code. Before you jump into Facebook Ads, you need to ask yourself the following questions👇
• What can you do differently than your competitors in the marketplace.
• What additional value can you give to your customers.
• What are the common objections customers have about your products and how can you solve them.

The answers to this questions will provide you with valuable data on how to improve your product and better serve your customers. There are so many ways you can improve your product. A good way to standout in a marketplace is to provide additional value to your customers. For example, let’s say you have an online clothing store, you can offer to give customers free delivery, a wardrobe manual and a 30 percent discount on their first purchase. By so doing, customers are 10× more likely to buy from you again.

It is easy to create a product offer, but there are other steps you MUST take to make it work. Imagine if you spend so much time creating the perfect product but no one to buy from you – this will break you💔!. At the end of the day, your products don’t matter if you don’t have a marketing strategy – off course, your products won’t sell themselves.

After creating your product and offers, the next step in the sales process is to create awareness to your market audience (the people you want to sell to). This is the MOST crucial part of your marketing effort; and would require tactics and creativity. There are so many ways to reach your audience both online and offline – but let’s limit ourselves to Facebook Ads for now.

When it comes to Facebook marketing (or Facebook Ads), a lot of people get it WRONG!. Facebook is just a marketing tool to help you reach your audience; and NOT a selling point where you expect to generate sales. If you’ve ever made a sale on Facebook, it’s nothing but dumb luck!!!

In this internet-driven world, it has become imperative that you DON’T advertise your products or services directly to the cold audience. A cold audience is any audience that has not interacted with your business. They know nothing about you, and are unlikely to make a purchase right away.

For instance, if a salesman approaches you in a market and asks you to buy a wrist watch of N100,000 what will be your reaction?. You’re most likely going to say NO!

In a different scenario, let’s assume a different salesman approaches you in a market, and begins a very interesting conversation with you for 10 minutes – immediately after, he hands you a product catalogs or a business card as you go your different ways. A few days later, he sends you an email with an irresistible product offer. You will be more inclined to buy the product if you have the money. Won’t you?

The difference in both scenarios is that the first salesman pitched you with a product right after meeting you for the first time. The second salesman on the other hand established a relationship with you before pitching you with a product. Do you get the difference? Let me know in the comments.

So, how does this relate to Facebook marketing?. As I said earlier, you DON’T market your products directly to the cold audience because you have not established any relationship with them yet! Marketing directly to a cold audience is a bad practice and may likely not generate any sales. So, what should you do instead?

WAIT! I still have more to say, so don’t go anywhere👊👊👊.

We established earlier that Facebook is NOT a selling point, right? Which means you need a way to relate with potential customers outside of Facebook. At this point, you are going to need a landing page. For those of you who don’t know what a landing page is; a landing page is basically a web page that allows you to share information about your products to visitors who visit your web page. This is where you start building relationships with your potential customers by providing relevant information about yourself and collecting their contact information. If you’re not using a landing page in your marketing campaign, you need to stop wasting money on advertising. If you have a landing page already, you need to learn how to optimize your landing page to work (many people don’t know how to do this).

If you want to turn your Facebook account into your money making machine (MMM), you have to spend more time in learning how to make Facebook work for you. The internet is constantly changing, and online marketers are getting smarter everyday. This is the reason why some people succeed in business faster than others; and the reason why some people don’t even succeed at all.
