🥬 How to Cook Vegetable Sauce (Step-by-Step with Pictures)

Rich, colorful, and packed with flavor, this vegetable sauce is perfect with rice, yam, or even spaghetti 🍚🍠🍝

Ingredients:
• Mackerel fish
• Tomatoes
• Red bell peppers (tatashe)
• Cayenne peppers (bawa)
• Scotch bonnet (atarodo)
• Onions & garlic
• Cow skin (ponmo)
• Smoked panla
• Dried prawns
• Crayfish powder
• Seasoning & salt
• Your favorite vegetables
• Cooking oil

Cooking Steps:
1️⃣ Season mackerel with chili, onion powder, seasoning & salt. Air-fry until golden and set aside.

2️⃣ In a pot, heat oil, sauté chopped onions & garlic till fragrant.

3️⃣ Add chopped tomatoes and blended pepper mix. Stir well.

4️⃣ Season and add ponmo, smoked panla, dried prawns & crayfish.

5️⃣ Cover and let it cook on medium heat.

6️⃣ Add washed vegetables and stir to combine.

7️⃣ Add the fried mackerel, let everything simmer together.

8️⃣ Done! Serve hot and enjoy every spoonful.
