Uyi Ehigiato is a partner at Boan Partners with 4 years legal experience in consultancy international company compliance and regulations. She has advised and assisted a dozier of international businesses on corporate governance especially, company incorporation, registration, filing, share allotment, anti-money laundering ("AML") requirements and General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Another area of Uyi's expertise is debt recovery wherein she drafted necessary legal documentation and proceedings to facilitate the repayment of accrued and outstanding debts typically in the nature of outstanding rent and service charges.
Background: Having completed a LLB at Benson Idahosa University, Uyi qualified as a Barrister and Solicitor of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Thereafter, she obtained a Masters Degree in Law (LLM) from University of Limerick, Ireland.
Notwithstanding her broad scope for practise, Uyi became a member of the esteemed Institute of Chartered Governance, United Kingdom (ICSA) and the Association of Compliance Officers in Ireland (ACOI). Uyi is therefore our expert partner in the practice area of corporate governance and compliance.

Meanwhile, Uyi is very faith inclined and keen on ensuring integrity and honesty rooted in Godliness remains evident in her work. Indeed it is her ethos that these values are reflected in the services rendered by our legal practice in its entirety.

Introducing our Managing Partner - Deborah Adewale

Deborah Adewale is a partner in the firm's corporate law, startup advisory, intellectual property, arbitration, and family business department.

She extensively works with businesses and companies to meet their legal requirements, incorporation requirements, investment negotiations, obtaining permits and licenses, paying taxes, and intellectual property, and employment laws.

She holds a degree in Law from Benson Idahosa University, a BL from the Nigerian Law School, Lagos campus, and an LL.M in international commercial law from Griffith College, Dublin.

She also volunteers in several capacities including as a service missionary with the BYU-Pathway Worldwide and currently serves, together with her husband, as Assistant Area Country Managers for Nigeria.
