If there’s one thing you do for your skin in 2025, let it be sunscreen, sunscreen, sunscreen! No matter the weather, UV rays are sneaky and can cause premature aging, fine lines, dark spots, and even skin cancer. Protecting your skin is non-negotiable!

Here’s the secret: You need to use broad-spectrum sunscreen (SPF 30 or higher) daily, and reapply every 2-3 hours if you’re exposed to the sun. Your future skin will thank you!
