DON’T TRY THIS AT HOME OR OFFICE:

• Never attempt to dismantle your system by yourself! Avoid risk of shock.

• Don’t eat, drink or smoke near your PC unless you are prepared to wipe up the inevitable spillages.

• Always remember that water and electricity don’t mix.
When your hardware’s (Computers) are wet, allow them to dry completely before switching it back on.

Your Computer and Magnet

MAGNETISM:
If not for the magnetic skills, your PC’s Hard Disk couldn’t permanently store data, nor could Flash or External disk’s transfer files from here to there and back again.
But while magnetism is undoubtedly a force for good, it can also do damage to your data when allowed to interfere with the strictly controlled conditions present in your computer system.
Be aware that magnets in any form and data stored on magnetic media do not come in contact with one another. Never stick a magnetic paper clip holder on your PC case lest it interfere with the workings of the hard disk drive.

Keep Flash Disk away from magnetic sources like printers, fridges, cars, mobile phones, Hi-Fi speakers and of course, plain magnets. It is also unwise to stack them on top of the PC case.
A magnetic screwdriver may be perfect for retrieving lost screws, but it shouldn’t be allowed anywhere near the inside of a computer.
