• work closely with various departments, increasingly in a consultancy role, assisting line managers to understand and implement policies and procedures;
• promote equality and diversity as part of the culture of the organization
• liaise with a range of people involved in policy areas such as staff performance and health and safety
• recruit staff, which involves developing job descriptions and person specifications, preparing job adverts, checking application forms, shortlisting, interviewing and selecting candidates
• make sure that prospective staff have the right to work at the organization
• develop and implement policies on issues like working conditions, performance management, equal opportunities, disciplinary procedures and absence management
• prepare staff handbooks
• advise on pay and other remuneration issues, including promotion and benefits
• undertake regular salary reviews, manage redundancy programs
• administer payroll and maintain employee records
• interpret and advise on employment law
• deal with grievances and implement disciplinary procedures
• develop HR planning strategies, which consider immediate and long-term staff requirements

The candidate will have responsibility for managing the company’s IT function to ensure that IT fully supports business objectives and that the company derives a maximum return on its IT investment.
The candidate will manage information technology infrastructure resources and computer systems, plan, organize, control, and evaluate IT and electronic data operations.
• The ideal andidate will lead the design, specification, configuration, iinstallation,and maintenance of local area network hardware, software, and telecommunication services and internet service providers.
• He/She will design, develop, implement, and coordinate systems, policies, and procedures.
• The candidate must ensure the security of data, network access, and backup systems. He must be able to preserve assets, information security, and control structures, handle the annual budget, and ensure cost-effectiveness.
• He/ she must be able to establish, maintain, and regularly test a disaster recovery plan.
• The ideal candidate must effectively communicate the IT vision and plans in understandable terms throughout the organization.
In addition, he/she must be able to develop Service Level Agreements for service providers, determine performance targets for IT personnel, and assist in selecting IT service providers.
• Working with marketing professionals to develop social media marketing campaigns
• Analyzing the company’s digital marketing plan and social media strategy and identifying strategic weaknesses and making recommendations for improvements
• Researching social media trends and informing management of changes that are relevant to the company’s marketing activities
• Setting key performance indicators (KPIs) for social media campaigns, such as targets for a certain number of shares or likes, and measuring a campaign’s performance against the KPIs
• develop creative and engaging social media strategies, manage the day-to-day handling of all social media channels such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Instagram, Tiktok, and YouTube, adapting content to suit different channels
•develop, launch and manage new competitions and campaigns that promote the organizational brand, form key relationships with influencers across the social media platforms
set targets to increase brand awareness and increase customer engagement
educate other staff on the use of social media and promote its use within your company (in-house roles)
encourage collaboration across teams and departments
regularly liaise with clients, Customer service officers via email, conference calls and provide updates on Market trends to Management
