Dermatosis papulosa nigra (DPN), also commonly called skin tag, is a benign epidermal growth that presents as hyperpigmented or skin-colored papules that develop on the face and neck beginning in adolescence.

Treatment: it’s an electrocautery process that lasts few hours depending on the lesions

The skin usually heals within 5 to 7 days, but will likely remain sensitive for about two weeks.
