Dear colleagues,I learnt something new today o
I was scrolling through one of these social media posts and read where one of our colleagues asked” Apart from sunlight,electric hand dryer,what other ways can milliners dry their moulded caps this rainy season?”
Haaa,,I quickly jumped into the comment sections,my eyes opened oo,:
1)Oven
2)Microwave
3)Even someone said the back of a sounding generator (but I’m scared of the smoke)
I learnt something oo because what I have been using for years when there’s no sunlight is the VENTILATION FAN of an Air conditioner and it works for me..we really learn everyday..
Do you have any other ideas,please share..
We are all here to learn and interact.

During my training in millinery,my boss told me that if I want to be successful in this business,I must know these major things:
1)Measurements
2)Materials
3)Color
The first two are quite understanding but you see the last one,even when you think you know it all,customers will make you think twice cos right now,I don’t know which one is COCOYAM BROWN in these colours stated below😩.
Abeg where una dey get these names o,abi na me no complete my trainings😁😁?

As a vendor,we meet different categories of customers but what makes you different(unique) is the way you handle
/responds to these customers..
My colleague called me that she had a little misunderst@nding with her new customer.
I asked to know why and she said her new customer requested for a video of the headpiece she made for her.Unknowingly she wore it to showcase the headpiece but the customer wasn’t happy that she wore it herself instead of using MANNEQUIN.she told her she shouldn’t use herself to showcase her headpiece next time.This got my colleague angry because she saw it as an insult and angrily exchanges words with the customer..
The customer didn’t return after that purchase..
My people who’s wrong here?
Meanwhile I don’t even know why I love using these trimmings?They just add beauty to my headbands
