3 Ingredient Peanut Butter Cookies is a perfect recipe. They are very easy to make with only three ingredients and no special equipment needed. They have a rich peanut butter taste and a chewy texture. These flourless cookies are gluten-free and dairy-free.
Banana bread
4 Cups Flour
2 tsp Baking Soda
1 tsp Salt
Over Ripe Bananas
2 Eggs
1 Cup Sugar
1 tsp Vanilla Essence
1/2 Cup melted butter
Instructions
1. In a bowl mash the bananas.
Add the butter, eggs, sugar, and vanilla to the bowl with the mashed bananas and mix until well combined.
2. Pour the flour, baking soda and salt into the bowl with the other ingredients and fold the batter together until combined.
3. Divide the batter into 2 part, pour almond into one part and dark chocolate into the other.
4. Pour the banana bread batter into a lined and greased loaf tin, sprinkle with almond/chocolate and bake in a 180C / 350F oven for 50-55 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the centre comes out clean.
4. Leave to cool in the loaf pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool
Dinner rolls
These homemade dinner rolls are light, fluffy, buttery, impossible to resist and very easy to make. All you need are 6 ingredient which are milk, flour, sugar, yeast, salt, and butter.
Ingredients
3 Cups - 468g All purpose flour
1 Tablespoon instant yeast
1/4 Cup-50g Granulated sugar
1 tsp salt
1 1/2 cup Warm milk
4 tbsp butter, Melted
Instructions
1. In a large bowl add warm milk, yeast, and 1 tablespoon of sugar together. Set aside for 10 minutes until the mixture looks foamy.
Note: If the mixture doesn't start to foam or bubble, then your yeast has likely expired so abort mission and start over with a fresh pack of yeast.
2. Add butter, sugar, salt and flour to the bowl of the yeast mixture and stir with a spatula until u have a shaggy dough.
3. Knead on floured surface for 15 minutes until the dough is smooth. To prevent the dough from sticking to your hand, greese your hand with vegetable oil.
4. Form the dough into 12 to 15 ball and Place in a greased baking pan. cover with kitchen towel and place in a warm place for about 1 hour until the dough doubles in size.
7. Heat the oven to 350F. Bake the rolls for 20 to 25 minutes, until the rolls are golden brown on top. Brush the rolls with melted butter immediately you remove from the oven.
8. Serve warm

WRAP
1 Cup Flour
2 Tbsp Corn Flour
1 Cup Water
Direction for Wrap
1. Pour flour in a bowl, add in corn starch and water then whisk it together until it form a paste. Till its lump free.
2. Set your frying pan on medium heat; Dip a pastry brush into the flour paste and lightly paint the paste all over the pan. Allow to cook for a 50 seconds, and gently peel the wrap from the side pan. Repeat this process till your paste is done. Remember to always clean your pan after every wrap, so residue doesn’t affect other wraps.
3. Always keep your wrap in a damp tea towel as you peel them off one after the other, this keeps them warm and makes it easy to take apart when you start making the rolls.
Directions for Filling
1. Pour some oil in a pan; when hot, add onions.
2. Add curry powder, thyme, knoor cube, black pepper and salt to taste. Stir properly to incorporate. Add shredded chicken and stir.
3. Add in cabbage, carrot and spring onions, stir and let simmer for 2 minute then side aside.
4. Mix some flour and some water in a bowl, this is going to serve as an adhesive for the edges of the rolls.
Spring roll
1. Take your wrap and place on a chopping board, use a pizza cutter to trim off the sides. I usually place 3 on each other and use a pizza cutter to trace a big circle in the middle and remove the outer part.
2. Put the filling at the top of the circle, form the upper part on its and form the left and right side over its and roll over; then use the adhesive to seal the tip. Do not over fill the wrap.
Continue this process till you exhaust your wrap.
3. Deep fry your spring rolls until golden brown
4. Enjoy with your favorite sauce.
