New year resolutions and goals have been flying here and there...
Should we talk about the discipline, tolerance, selfcontrol and other traits it requires to achieve those goals?
It's quite tasking, to be honest.
Hitting the gym requires discipline.
Writing consistently requires discipline.
Being a consistent creator requires discipline.
Being a good designer requires discipline.
We don't have all the possible goals listed up there, but same fact remains that, what you have written down on your journal/notepad requires discipline as well.
Here is a sincere advice- "Hold the vision, trust the process".
Go at your goals, a step at a time.
It may sound too early, but breaks are just as important too, so take breaks when it's beginning to seem overwhelming.
