My dinner rolls
Recipe
Yeast 1 tsp
Flour 250g
Butter 3 tbsp
Sugar 3tbsp
Salt 1/4
Milk one cup
Egg 1 lager
Water 120ml
Method
Mixt your yeast with 120ml of warm water
Add your yeast , egg, salt and sugar, mix well than add your your flour and mix together.
After put it on working surface and stretch than add in your butter and knead for 10 to 15 minutes and cover to double size for 30 minutes.
After open it and knead again and cut your size cover back than to rise again and bake
