Job Title: Vice Principal

Description

👉The candidate for this position shall assist the principal in overseeing the academic and related functions of the institution.
👉He/She will be required to lead in such areas as curriculum development, timetabling, tracking and analysis of results/data, behaviour management, pastoral care, external relations and community links, staff development, training, and induction.
👉As a member of the school's leadership team, the vice principal will be centrally involved in the overall leadership and management of the college and will support the principal to attain the highest standards of learning outcomes, care, and student wellbeing.

Requirements
👉Minimum of a First Degree and a teaching qualification
👉Master's Degree in Education Administration
👉A result-oriented leader with a verifiable track record of achievements
👉Minimum of 8 years experience in school administration, with at least 4 of those years in the role of a Vice Principal at a reputable secondary school
👉Excellent knowledge of, and experience with, Nigerian and foreign curricula
👉Innovative problem-solver
👉Knowledge of and extensive experience in the effective use of technology in teaching and learning within and outside the classroom
👉Articulate and approachable with excellent interpersonal skills
👉A confident communicator with excellent oral, written communication, and presentation skills
👉Experience in designing and implementation of processes, procedures, and policies that align with global best practices
👉Aged between forty and fifty years, with robust health
