TIME OPTIMIZATION FOR TRAVELERS

This recent past days, I got really preoccupied with Time management and reservation bookings from my returning guests. it was quite challenging because the peak of the festive period is almost fading out so people want to hop back to their various base for resumption of the new year plans..

however it's not guaranteed that most of them will meet up with their timeline, this is where it get choked up for us in the hospitality line, in this industry the dire need for Time adjustment and accommodation availability need to be studied and provided accordingly with absolute linear attention.

Here are some factors that comes to play;

1️⃣ Prioritize first the frequent customers/returning guest reservations, these are customers that have adapt to your services for a long time (they keep you in business).

2️⃣ If a guest is not certain of their departure date, endeavor to make other prerequisite plans by providing other accommodation options, should incase he/she decide to exceed their reservations due date. this will help avoid clash with other bookings from a different guest.

3️⃣ if possible have information about flights ✈️ updates from the airport terminals around the city, this also help visiting guest or tourist who have no knowledge about how the area works or connect them with a reliable cab service.

4️⃣ Make sure payment is made in advance especially for guest staying for extended periods.
