Following the heated rap battle between Mr. Church and Oweezy, US-based Liberian artist Lib Azonic has shared his reaction to the outcome.
While acknowledging that both rappers delivered strong performances, he raised concerns about the fairness of the judging and the overall structure of the battle.

He is now calling for a rematch under more professional and transparent conditions, and has even pledged $5,000 in support of Mr. Church.
According to him:

“If only Mr. Church knew Liberians don't go by the rules, he would win. Secondly, he's not really a street guy, he just raps like one. And when the judge said let's give it up for my own home boy Owezzy, I knew Mr. Church was in the wrong place. To me, both did well, let's set a date for the real battle and invite professional judges. I put $5,000 down for Mr. Church.”
