1. Strategies are very important because they win the war or deliver needed results

2. Strategies are well thought plans of achieving maximum impact with the least resources of time, human and materials

3. Having a culture of creating strategies before an action is the best and most viable means of getting success

4. Culture is the manner in which activities are done or plans/strategies are executed by a group, organization or a business entity

5. Based on Peter's experience in management spanning over 40 years of creating formulas and strategies for major blue Chip companies world over, he found out that strategies are key but more important is the way they are carried out

6. Culture is more important than strategies because no matter the formula or recipe you create, executing and sustaining your momentum is solely dependent on the culture of your organization
