I'm Biobaku Emmanuel, 17years old Nigerian visual artist. I love recreating moments, people -portraiture, because I believe portraits drawings are reflection of an artist's perspective about variety of subject all ingrained into life.
I listened to "ADA" and I was blown away, I love your rhythm, lines, the way you go around your transition and I fell in love with all that you do. I spent over 3months making this ballpoint pen portrait for you and I sincerely hope that you love it and have this hanging in some beautiful place on your wall(probably in your studio).

Titled;Hope in distress

I honestly feel other peoples life experiences are reflection of a lifestyle we haven't lived in another version- maybe worst or the best, however it is, we should celebrate them for being a survivor.
This artpiece aims at capturing the essence of "Trevor Noah"- The world most successful comedian. Isn't so amazing that amidst all struggles growing up as a child in an environment that is so dream-threatening, that he was still able to vie for excellence?
He was born in a time where he wasn't supposed to exist and made a life for himself which makes him an inspiration for everyone. Trevor Noah is an example that you can overcome tough times and laugh through the pain. Trevor Noah made a life for himself by being courageous and brave.
On the both left and right hand side of the drawing is an African symbol that represents- leadership, greatness and charisma. An embodiment of excellence contained in this African man.
Every piece I made aims at celebrating Africa through the personality of heroes that africa has birthed as a continent.
