Isioma couldn’t believe what Jeffrey had done again. It was beginning to look like a Pattern. Jeffrey was becoming a ra**st. Was this part of him in there lurking somewhere and she never noticed all the while? Was he a ra**st at any point in his life? Because this was coming so easy to him? Isioma had a million things running through her mind…

“God, God, God, why?!” She sobbed loudly

Jeffrey stood in the toilet washing off the sweat from his face. The angry part of him fizzled away as he slowly turned and saw Isioma Sobbing. This was not him!

Jeffrey walked back into the bedroom. He walked slowly to her and knelt down. He made an attempt to hold her shoulders but Isioma was not having it.

“Leave me alone! Don't touch me! Don't lay your filthy hands on me!”

“Please”Jeffrey pleaded

“Don't you dare touch me! Leave me alone and let me be!” Isioma screamed.

“My guy! The one with the authority, na so! I didn't know you had it in you. “ Damian said hailing Jeffrey “Is it exciting? Thrilling abi?”Damian continued drilling Jeffrey for a more spicy gist about the forceful s*x.

Jeffrey had told them about how he had been taking it by force with Isioma.

“Guy, shut up.” Femi said to Damian. He was not finding the conversation interesting.

“Honestly, it is thrilling. The fear in her eyes makes it exciting too.”Jeffrey replied Damian

“The end, that's all. If you're enjoying it, why are you beating yourself up?” Damian asked because he noticed Jeffrey wasn’t as excited as he expected him to be.

“Damian, you no dey think? ( You don’t think?) It doesn't feel right.” Femi said

“The guy has to get it now. You think it's easy?” Damian Said

“It's not easy at all. When I get into the mood, I am unable to control myself. All I would be thinking of is getting in and out.”

“Before nko? It is normal. Body no be firewood na.” Damian said

“Me, I would prefer you even have Miss Durojaiye than this one you're doing.” Femi said

“And cheat? Never! I will not be like my Father who cheated on my Mother all through their marriage.” Jeffrey said angrily

“Femi, isn't Isioma his wife? He has paid her bride price, therefore, he owns her and he can do anything he wants with her.” Damian argued

“But still…” Femi insisted

“Abeg, abeg. Jeffrey, do you still love her?” Damian said

“Very much.” Jeffrey said

“Are you enjoying it?” Damian smiled slyly

“Strangely, I am.” Jeffrey replied..

“That settles it. Continue! I support! Show her who is in charge. All those 'I am fasting', 'Doctor say', will stop by force. In fact, bring your ears, let me tell you another way to spice it up.”

Jeffrey and Damian leaned forward towards each other. Damian whispered into Jeffrey's right ear.

“Drugging?” Jeffrey exclaimed

Damian nodded as they reclined back to their seats.

“Hear yourself. Better don't listen to him Jeffrey. What you're doing can push her into depression, mess with her mental health. You can actually scar your wife for life.” Femi said in irritation at what he suspected Damian told Jeffrey.

“For life? I don't intend doing it forever. I am enjoying it now. Let me live in the moment.” Jeffrey said

“Your head is correct, Jeffrey. By the way, Femi, why are you acting like a saint now? Weren't we all in agreement about this from the onset?”Damian queried Femi

“Not me. I never knew ra**ng was what you guys had in mind. I mean, there are better ways of getting your wife to unwillingly give you what you want. What about cajoling? Seduction? Romantic gestures? Being sweet and making her feel good. Fine, she may be out of the line by putting your s*x life on a major pause and a
schedule, but r**e? That's barbaric! I advocate against it.” Femi said

“Well done o! Mr. Advocate.” Damian replied

“I am serious. I know firsthand what it can do to a person. My Aunt tried to mo**st me when I was a child. So, believe me when I tell you I know what it does to people's psychology. And when I said take it by force, I meant for you to give it all it takes, try hard. Woo your wife hard. That's what I meant”

Damian and Jeffrey exchanged looks, then laughed.

Femi shook his head.

“Drugs!” Jeffrey thought as he took another sip. “That must be one hundred times more thrilling than what I have been feeling, Isi baby, I am sorry but I need to try this on you and let’s see how this goes”.

Jeffrey was taking off his shirt, while Isioma stood behind him lovingly. She could see stress written all over him. She knew exactly what he needed; a warm bath and a delicious meal.

“I can't believe they made you stay this late. This your office people
ehn.” Isioma said with a baby voice.

“Well, I can believe.” Jeffrey replied in a low tone. What he needed was a warm bath and a warm embrace. He needed some cuddling to take his mind off the mental and emotional stress of the office.

“Don't mind them. Just have a warm shower while I set the table
so you can eat and then rest.” Isioma said as she walked towards the door, but Jeffrey Quickly held her by the hand.. Food was not what was on his mind.

“You're so beautiful.” He said pulling Isioma closer. Isioma giggled in response.

“I want you. Tonight.” Jeffrey said locking eyes with his pretty wife: one of the things he loved about Isioma was her height that made it possible for him to look straight into her eyes without bending, unlike the short girls he dated before her.

The funny thing was Miss Durojaiye was also a tall lady, maybe that’s why she was a strong temptation for him.

Isioma frowns and freed herself from his grip.

“That is not possible o.” Isioma said

“What is not possible?” Jeffrey asked

“What you're asking for?” Isioma stated as a matter of fact

“I don't understand.”

“I am fasting.” Isioma replied

“Ah! But, you just concluded a one month fast yesterday” Jeffrey said with eyes wide open in disbelief.

“I started another one today.”

“What? Isi, but what is all these now? I haven't gone down there in a month. You're always fasting.” Jeffrey said with frustration laced in his voice.

“Baby, but you know I am doing this for us.” Isioma said with her childish voice she uses in making Jeffrey submit to her will.

“No. I think you're doing this for you.” Jeffrey was not having it.

“Aha-ahn!”

“Am I terrible at it? Don't you enjoy it?” Jeffrey said angrily

“More than anyone, you know why I go on these fasting programs." Isioma defended

“Isioma…” Jeffrey was saying but Isioma cut in playing the victim.

“At least, if you won't join me, support me and don't make things
difficult for me.” Isioma said shouting

“I am sorry, I am not trying to make anything difficult for you. But,
Isi, it's not easy on me. I am a man, I have desires that needs to
be met.”

“What do you want me to do? I am going on these fasting programs for us. I need God to answer our prayers so we can become parents.” Isioma said holding her stomach.

“I need to carry my child, our child. Please, Jeff. Let me fast and pray to God till he hears us.” Isioma continued with playing the victim.

Jeffrey sighs deeply.
“Okay. That's fine.”

“Thank you. I will go and set up your food.” Isioma said walking out!

Isioma felt happy she had won! Jeffrey was about to mess up the s*x fast! No way ! She had to carry her baby that year whether the devil liked it or not!
