We Pray too Much in Africa.

I have heard a lot of people make this assertion, mostly on a negative light to cast aspersions on prayers and praying.
Firstly, the matter of Prayer is beyond man's adjudication, just like that of the Word of God; you either join or bend over. The implication is that many unfounded opinions does not stop prayer from being critical and central to Possibilities in God and through God.

That briefly been said; a surface enquiry into the content and purpose of prayers and praying in Africa reveals the reason for obvious inconsistency in outputs.
It's a simple matter of garbage in, garbage out. It's a simple matter of enquiry and output.
We have heard the privilege from God to recover the lost art of praying and bringing people into it and I have to say sadly that some people involved in these praying are they for their SELFISH and MATERIALISTIC GAIN and this is not limited us only, but other people involved in public prayer ministry.
Over the years the number of these Heathenistic Prayer Contractors reduced and many stopped coming. They felt we are not properly channeling the prayers since its not solving their personal. One even asked, since you've been praying what have you gotten from it.
This pushes even genuine men of God called to pure Intercession to abandon it for prayers of selfish results of which many of the receivers are enemies of God in heart and words. One of them told me years ago that the way I'm going that no one will come to my church, well, the Church is neither mine nor built by man. Another told me I should understand that Nnewi is a business town that if I can understand how to pray for people's businesses that I will make it in no time and never worry about financially flows.

The implications are that we are found in a vicious cycle; pastors praying for them to get their wishes met because that's the only way to keep them and make progress in ministry. Some of them yahoo boys, criminals, evil politicians, wicked pastors, prostitutes or what is now called runs/hookup, acute immorality. And some pastors that are willing tools will teach these people going to hell if they don't change that God loves them and through these prayers will do anything for them.

Please let me say CATEGORICALLY that WE ARE NOT PRAYING YET in AFRICA until we pray God's PRAYERS and BURDEN . If it is to consume it on our selfish desires, God's established purpose of Prayer and praying is defeated. This is why we can't have a territorial Revival, a national Revival, a DENOMINATIONAL revival because we are too selfish even in the Holy matter of prayers to pray God's prayer.

Let's awake to God's Holy burden today and first repent of desecrating the Holy places of Praying with the stench of flesh and Self and then cry to God, peradventure He will save Us.
