What happens when men are treated the way women are often treated during their periods?
For the AIDS Healthcare Foundation Menstrual Hygiene Day video contest, we flipped the script, using humor and role-play to highlight the stigma, shame, and stereotypes surrounding menstruation.
The video challenged harmful beliefs, sparked important conversations, and we are proud to share that our Program Officer , U-s Man emerged as the winner of the AHF video contest.
Because menstruation is natural. Stigma is not.

Taking a trip down memory lane to Basic ICT Cohort 5, we are reminded of why digital literacy matters. Every skill learned and every young person empowered is a step toward a future filled with greater opportunities, confidence, and growth.
Knowledge is power, and equipping adolescents and young people with the right skills helps them thrive in an ever-evolving digital society.
