Students are combining classroom knowledge with practical entrepreneurship skills at GIAL College of Health Technology & Environmental Sciences Katsina, Lambun Dan-Lawan. As part of their course, they successfully produced creams, oils, body sprays, and hand sanitizers, applying scientific principles and careful formulation under the guidance of their instructors.

This hands on experience goes beyond academic learning, equipping the students with skills in production, packaging, branding, and basic business management. Through this initiative, they are being empowered to become self reliant, innovative, and capable of creating opportunities for themselves and contributing positively to their community. GIAL Information Unit.

Mr. Bala Akut, Zonal Director of the National Board for Technical Education (NBTE), paid a visit to Gambo Institute of Agriculture as part of efforts to assess the institution's progress and provide guidance towards securing NBTE accreditation. The visit was aimed at evaluating the institute's facilities, infrastructure, and overall development.

Hon. Hamisu Gambo (Dan-Lawan Katsina), Proprietor of the institute, accompanied the NBTE team on a tour of the premises, showcasing the institute's achievements and ongoing projects.

The management staff of the institute also participated in the tour, providing insights and information about the various facilities and programs on offer. The visit is expected to pave the way for the institute to receive NBTE accreditation, further solidifying its position as a premier agricultural training institution.
