Over the past five months Digital Development Hub (DD Hub) has been implementing an intensive TVET Creative Media Production Programme equipping 100 young people, women, and Persons with Disabilities (PWDs) with practical, industry-oriented creative and digital skills designed for the future of work.

But this programme was never designed to stop at training.

Our ambition has been bigger.

We set out to achieve two transformational outcomes**:

Develop globally competitive creative media talent ready for outsourcing and the international digital economy.

Support the emergence of creative MSMEs and startups through incubation, enterprise development, and market readiness

Since the start of the programme, beneficiaries have progressed beyond technical instruction into:
