It’s important for us to understand that there are certain places and contexts that matter deeply to God, one of these places is His house, the place where the family of God gather. One of the greatest ways we can experience His presence and glory is in His house.
God loves to reveal Himself to people who are hungry for him, who seek after Him with faith and expectation, He inhabits the praises of His people! He promises to be present when we gather together.
Here in this scripture, David declares his love for God’s house, the place of His dwelling. As believers, it should be our goal to love the things that God loves, and build the things that God builds.
