DAY 4 – ScreenGramm 2026

Day 4 of ScreenGramm 2026 took on a more reflective and interactive tone, as participants engaged deeply with both personal expression and technical craft.

Creative Session: Today’s session took a unique turn as the conversation was driven by the participants themselves. They openly shared their biggest frustrations about Nigeria and explored practical ways they can contribute to change through creativity, storytelling, and active citizenship. It was an honest, thought-provoking exchange that highlighted the power of young voices.

Main Session: Mrs. Alice Jumoke Fasakin facilitated a detailed session on “The Difference Between Stage and Screen Writing,” breaking down the structural, stylistic, and technical distinctions between both forms in a clear and relatable way.

This was followed by Amb. Vivien Abara, who led a session on “Grammar for Visual Storytelling,” helping participants understand how strong language use supports clarity, meaning, and impact in their scripts.

Another day of insight, reflection, and growth.

DAY 3 – ScreenGramm 2026

Day 3 of ScreenGramm 2026 delivered yet another powerful blend of inspiration and skill-building, as participants continued their journey into the world of storytelling.

Creative Session: The day kicked off on a high note with Mrs. Esther Mark (Aunty Esther), who led a dynamic session on “Finding Your Voice Early: A Foundation for Future Leadership.” Her session challenged participants to embrace authenticity, confidence, and purpose as essential tools for leadership and creative expression.

Main Session: Mr. Ezekiel Bok returned to conclude his session on Video/Documentary Scriptwriting, guiding participants deeper into the principles of visual storytelling and structured narrative development.

The learning continued with Miss Fatgan Agati, who delivered an eye-opening session on “Mastering Dialogue: Grammar and Punctuation,” equipping participants with the tools to write clearer, more impactful, and technically sound dialogue.

Another enriching day of growth, creativity, and self-discovery.

DAY 2 – ScreenGramm 2026

Day 2 of ScreenGramm 2026 continued on a strong and engaging note, deepening participants’ understanding of both personal and creative development.

Creative Session: Mrs. Stephanie Ephraim led an insightful session on “Etiquette: The Code of Behavior,” emphasizing professionalism, personal conduct, and the importance of soft skills in the creative and professional space.

Main Session: Mr. Budima Jonah facilitated a practical session on “Grammar Basics: Common Mistakes in English,” helping participants strengthen their writing through clarity, correctness, and effective communication.

The day progressed with Mr. Ezekiel Bok, who introduced participants to Video/Documentary Scriptwriting, opening up new perspectives on documentary visual storytelling. The session continues as participants build on these foundational concepts.

Another impactful day of learning, growth, and storytelling.

DAY 1 – ScreenGramm 2026

ScreenGramm 2026 officially opened with an exciting and inspiring first day, bringing together a new cohort of passionate storytellers ready to explore the craft and possibilities of screenwriting.

Creative Session: The day began with a Creative Session led by Mrs. Matlong Mbai, who delivered a powerful presentation on “Entrepreneurship and Social Media: The Power Alliance.” She highlighted how creative professionals can harness social media as a strategic tool for visibility, audience building, and sustainable creative entrepreneurship. Her session emphasized the growing intersection between creativity, digital platforms, and opportunity in today’s media landscape.

Main Session: The Main Session was facilitated by Mr. Henry Samson Mafulul, who introduced participants to “The Foundations of the Art of Screenwriting and Story Structure.” In an engaging and practical session, he walked participants through the essential building blocks of screen storytelling, including story concepts, character creation, dialogue, script formatting, and the classic three-act structure that forms the backbone of compelling narratives.

Day 1 set the tone for what promises to be a dynamic and enriching week of learning, creativity, and storytelling.

The journey has begun.
