Warn them before God against quarreling about words; it is of no value, and only ruins those who listen. 15Do your best to present yourself to God as one approved, a worker who does not need to be ashamed and who correctly handles the word of truth.

There is thisplace in London called Hydes Park (Speakers Corner). In this place people who wish to debate with one another over matters of faith come together to share there views. Often it leads to disappointments and anger. Often the heated debates are between Christians and Muslims. Each group using intellectual arguments to win the other over, to evangelise. Most of these efforts are futile because arguments often leads to quarreling which defeats the purpose.
I used to argue alot but I come to this truth, that the work of converting the unbeliever is done by the Holy Spirit. If it was done through academic arguments then Apostle Paul would have had great success. But the opposite was the case.
Therefore let us avoid unnecessary arguments which leads quarreling but to preach the word in the power of the Holy Ghost.
