I was searching for vultures, and I came across a beautiful group of Piacpiacs (Ptilostomus afer). I met them at a foraging site near a poultry waste dump in Barkin-Ladi, plateau state. I like the many eyes' syndrome, of this colony in the vigilance against suspected predators.
