CT Hub

A company approached us and explained their need. But after studying their process, we realised that what they really needed was a tool that would reduce human interference within their process. So my team got to work. After a few weeks of working with their internal team, we had a software solution deployed. As usual, after every product launch, CT Hub "must" support you for at least 3 months at no extra cost to you. During this period there was a lot of fine-tuning. It was also during this period that the client got to know the core software tool underneath the solution we had deployed. Assume the name of the tool is Safara.
Client: We know Safari, we have used Safara before but it did not work for us.
CT Hub: Is our solution currently working for you?
Client: Surprisingly, it is. So why didn't Safara work before?
CT Hub: What you have now is your version of Safara. We understood what you needed, we got a pre-existing tool and added to it features that solved your specific needs.
The best part is that the staff of the company had a shorter learning curve because some things were already familiar, but this time, it truly worked. It is the job of your technology consultant to stick with you until the solution fits.
I can almost say that everyone who has worked in the corporate space has encountered tools that didn't really work, but you had to use them anyway, the problem was not you, sometimes, all that was needed was a solutions architect who took their "time" to understand the need and slightly modify a few variables to birth a new experience.

Most tech consulting firms excel at providing initial solutions. They conduct thorough assessments, implement the latest technologies, and ensure that your business operations are up and running smoothly.
But here’s the catch:
Stagnation in Innovation: Once the initial project is completed, many consulting firms shift their focus to the next client. This often leaves your company with a static solution that doesn’t adapt to the changing market dynamics.
Lack of Long-term Strategy: Consulting firms typically operate on a project basis. They’re great at delivering results within a specific timeframe, but they rarely stick around to see how those results hold up over time. You will agree that the real work starts after the product is launched.
Missed Opportunities: As your market evolves, so do the opportunities and threats. If your technology solutions aren’t evolving alongside your business strategy, you’re likely to miss out on crucial market opportunities or fail to mitigate emerging risks.
Does this sound like you? Then you need to talk to us at CT Hub. Drop a comment and we will reach out. A 15-minute discussion session with our Solution Architects will be worth your time.
