Being Alone is Not Always Healthy
Sometimes silence feels peaceful, but too much isolation can slowly become loneliness. Humans need connection, support, and people who remind us that we matter.
There’s a difference between protecting your peace and shutting the world out completely. Healing alone for a while is okay, but staying disconnected for too long can make the weight heavier than it needs to be.
You don’t always have to carry everything by yourself. A conversation, a genuine friend, or simply being around people who care can make a bigger difference than you realize.
Being independent is strength.
But knowing when you need people is wisdom too.
