Income Generating Real Estate.

Royalties from intellectual properties like 🡪 Music, Script, Patents, etc.

And anything else that has value produces income (or) appreciates and has a ready market.

Acquire assets that you love, if you don’t love them, then you won’t take care of them. For e.g. real estate (buildings), stocks from stat-ups.

A strategy –

Invest in small companies – be out in 1 YEAR.

Invest in real estate – be out in less than 7 YEARS.

The better you are at understanding accounting and cash management, the better you will be at analysing investments and eventually starting and building your own company.
