200 girls. 2 schools. One powerful health talk.
Together with PPFN, DC Joy Foundation reached GSS Giring and GSS Hwolshe in Jos South LGA, giving girls:
• Sanitary pads to manage their periods
• Practical knowledge on menstrual & personal hygiene
• Confidence to understand their bodies and embrace their cycles
Because when girls are informed and supported, nothing can hold them back.
A woman is not just one story.
She is the girl who dared to dream beyond her circumstances.
She is the mother who sacrifices silently so her children can go further.
She is the young woman fighting to be heard in rooms that were never built for her.
She is resilience.
She is courage.
She is transformation.
Every empowered woman creates a ripple that touches families, communities, and generations.
At DC Joy Foundation, we believe that when a woman rises, an entire community rises with her.
So today we celebrate every woman who keeps going despite the odds.
