"BOOTABLE DEVICE NOT FOUND"

I believe one out of every 10 person who own a laptop has seen this popup when they try to boot their laptop some times.

Here's why it happens and how to fix it.

- When you install an MBR windows on a UEFI boot system, this is likely to happen.

- When your Laptop doesn't see the HDD, when the HDD is not well installed, it might shake and there by causing this problem to happen.

- When there's no windows on your laptop, it's very possible to get this problem.

How to fix it:

- Check for the setup option of your laptop. For HP's, the bios set-up option is (F10)

Go to the boot configuration>>if it has the UEFI and Legacy option, you switch to either one (Only do this when you're sure there was windows on it before this problem occured)>>after that, tap on F10, save changes and exit.

If this process doesn't work, you should consider checking if your HDD is properly installed or you install windows on your PC.

Other times, your HDD might be bad and requires a replacement.

It's Friday, i wish you a Happy day.
