*Access ARM Pension Limited Engages AMTDI Jalingo Staff on Pension Management and Retirement Benefits*

The Advanced Manufacturing Technology Development Institute (AMTDI), Jalingo, hosted a team from Access ARM Pension Limited for an interactive customer engagement session aimed at educating staff on pension administration, retirement planning, and the range of services provided by the pension fund administrator.

Speaking at the opening of the session, the Overseeing Officer of AMTDI Jalingo, Mr. *Abdulrahman Barkindo Bawuro* , who was represented by the Head of Research and Development Department, Engr. Yusuf Iliyasu, welcomed the Access ARM Pension team to the Institute. He described the visit as timely, noting that it provided an important opportunity for staff to gain a better understanding of pension management and the responsibilities of their Pension Fund Administrator.

He assured staff that their retirement savings remain secure and encouraged them to take advantage of the session to seek clarification on issues relating to their pension accounts and retirement benefits.

In his presentation, the Business Development Officer of Access ARM Pension Limited, Mr. Mohammed Bello, provided a comprehensive overview of the company's operations. He highlighted key areas including pension fund administration, retirement benefits, and customer support services. He also explained the procedures guiding pension contributions, retirement processes, and other services available to contributors.

The interactive session featured an engaging question-and-answer segment during which staff sought clarification on several pension-related matters, including the 25% withdrawal for mortgage financing, the 50% retirement benefit option, access to retirement savings, and procedures for claiming death benefits. The Access ARM team provided detailed explanations to address the concerns raised by participants.

The programme concluded with a group photograph of the Access ARM Pension team and members of staff of AMTDI Jalingo, marking the successful end of the informative engagement.

The interactive session further strengthened collaboration between Access ARM Pension Limited and AMTDI Jalingo while enhancing staff awareness of pension administration and retirement planning.
