I shall prosper, I am a child of God, I am born of God, prosperity is my portion” is fallacy, except it is backed up with the obedience of scriptures.
Faith is no cheap talk; it is hard work. The Bible says we are to labour to enter into our rest (Heb. 4:11). Faith requires labour, just as a woman that is about to have her child must labour to give birth. You, too, must go through the labour room of obedience to take delivery of what God has promised you.
You might say, “But I have not been hearing God’s voice.” That is because you have not obeyed the general command He gave to all. Until you respect and obey the Logos, you are not entitled to the Rhema. That is, until you obey the general commands of scriptures such as love, work, etc., you are not entitled to hearing His voice giving you specific and personal instructions. God only talks to people who respect His Word.
Faith is not merely saying, “I believe Him, I know God will do it.” You have to first do your part of obedience, in order to provoke Him to do His part. Obedience makes all the difference in the world. Be intentional with His Word, and believe in His Word.”

What others say about you is not as important as what you say about yourself. If you get to know your place in Christ, you will command cheap mastery on earth. Many are so pre-occupied with what others say about them that they have lost an understanding of their true identity.
I consider the subject of identification as one of the mysteries behind any man's distinction in the kingdom. Identification begins with a discovery of your root in Christ, an understanding of who you are by virtue of where you are from, who lives in you, and where you are seated today.
John knew who he was, and Jesus also; and they both declared it. I believe the mystery of identification is the strongest force in the world of the spirit. The moment you get connected and walk in this understanding, you become unbeatable in the battles if life.
There is no limit to your rising in life if you can understand your root and depth in God. When you understand your root, you are set for outstanding results, and as you obtain such results, you will begin to command respect in the world.
New birth connects you to a supernatural source, a divine root, and whatever God is worth becomes your new worth. Isaiah 11:10 calls Jesus “a root of Jesse,” and He Himself declared in Revelation 22:16, “I am the root and the offspring of David...” That is where we all took off from. He said, in John 15:5, that He is the vine and we are the branches. He is the root, and we just grow out of the root to become branches.
We are not only connected to Him, we are also united with Him. Whatever He is worth is what we are worth also. Whatever obtains in the root is the heritage of the branches. Everything the branches enjoy comes from the root. Everything that makes for the health, life and vitality of the branches comes from the root.
Your understanding of your new root, will give you a new sense of worth as a Christian.
