Life growth involves a a lot of stages and steps; starting from birth, adolescence, adulthood into other compulsory processes that man may pass through before termination. This process is ordered: any attempt to bypass one may dislocate the other.

That is why we need one another to achieve our dreams, aspirations or goals, either in the family or at work. Children need father, father needs children as well as mother and vice versa.

Developing the necessary skills, such as interpersonal skills, to mingle well and make the most of the inherent benefits the other person holds is crucial to our lives.

To live well, you must connect well. Who are you connecting with? How are you refreshing the connection? These questions are important for you to move in the right direction of your life.

The right connection is often referred to as social capital. This is different from your business capital. If you develop the correct social capital, your business capital will bring huge returns and you will see yourself living the life you desire.

I read in a Facebook post few days ago that if you don't succeed, check your connection list: that is, your group of friends. Are they people that can come up if you need their help? Are they people that can help your children move up in the ladder of life? Are they people your children and their friends can be proud of?

Please, choose your friends well!
