HAVING THE MIND JESUS HAD.
Having the mind Jesus Had is a principal way that can make our services rendering unto the Lord acceptable. Without having the mind that Jesus had, it will be difficult for anyone to render any acceptable service to the Lord. One might just run the race for running sake; no benefit will be attached to it.
Matthew 7:21-23 say “Not everyone who says to me, ‘Lord, Lord,’ will enter the kingdom of heaven, but the one who does the will of my Father who is in heaven. On that day many will say to me, ‘Lord, Lord, did we not prophesy in your name, and cast out demons in your name, and do many mighty works in your name?’ And then will I declare to them, ‘I never knew you; depart from me, you workers of lawlessness. Don’t forget that we are being told to be careful of how we are building on the foundation that has being laid in our previous article (After cross-over night, what next). Don’t forget that Paul said “ Do you not know that in a race all the runners run, but only one gets the prize? Run in such a way as to get the prize. Everyone who competes in the games goes into strict training. They do it to get a crown that will not last, but we do it to get a crown that will last forever. Therefore I do not run like someone running aimlessly; I do not fight like a boxer beating the air. No, I strike a blow to my body and make it my slave so that after I have preached to others, I myself will not be disqualified for the prize.1corinthains 9:24-27.
1. What are you expecting from the mouth of the Lord after your sojourn on earth?
2. How have you being running your race?
3. Are you running in such a way that you will get the prize or aimlessly?
4. Is our body/flesh not hindering us from running the race well? 1john 2:15-17.
Paul says imitate me just as I imitate Christ, all that Paul became was because He was lost in Christ (doing God will), After His encountered on His way to Damascus with the Lord, Paul ask the Lord that “Lord what will you have me do!” Acts 9:6. Even when Jesus came all that Jesus want to do was to fulfill the will of God. Have you also find what God want you to do?
Let this mind be in you, which was also in Christ. Philippians 2:5
From the above scripture, we could see that we are being told to permit or allow the mind of Christ to be in us. It’s a choice we are to take but don’t forget that we will solely face the consequences of our choices. Be wise. One thing I have notice is that God doesn’t love to force Himself or His will on anyone. In many places in the scripture, you will see it evidently but God in His love and mercy used to give us advise us to pick the best.
Having the mind Jesus had is literally telling us that we are also able to do as many things as Jesus did little wonder Jesus Said that we can do greater things than Him. John 14:12. How could this be so?
Looking at that verse, it said that” Very truly I tell you, whoever believes in me will do the works I have been doing, and they will do even greater things than these, because I am going to the Father.
It may interest you to know that without the mind it won’t be possible to BELIEVE. The mind goes on to believe that these things are true.
“No man can be bigger than his thinking. That is, the thought makes the man. You are as beautiful as your thought and you are as deep as your thought”.
“You can not be more thorough physically in your actions than your thought is. There is a connection between your actions and your thoughts. Whosoever controls your mind also controls your actions.
From above we can clearly see that our thinking will actually say who we will be and to what extent we can do things.
It is either we are conformed or we are transformed and what determines the conformity or transformation is the state of the mind.
What people see is either conformity or transformation.
That is why we are be admonished by Paul that we should not be conformed to this world but we should be transformed by the renewal of our mind. Romans 12:2.
The state of your mind is of great importance because there is a physical manifestation of all that goes on in the mind whether good or bad. This simply means that if your mind can be improved, automatically your actions will improve. Don’t forget that we are also admonished that we should guide our heart with all diligence, for out of it spring out the issue of life. Proverbs 4:23.
Improving your mind will bring improvement to your manifestations, activities, services, duties, actions and your life, because as a man thinks in his heart, so is he. Your life will be at the level of your thinking, no man can act better than his thought, and your thought is what makes you whom you are. And that is why we are told to allow and permit the mind that was in Christ to be in us too.
Until you are transformed by the renewing of your mind, you won’t be able to prove what is that Good and acceptable, and perfect will of God.
Do not conform to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind. Then you will be able to test and approve what God’s will is—his good, pleasing and perfect will. Romans 12:2.
From above we could see that we are told “not to Conform to the pattern of this world But be transformed by the renewing of our mind”
What does this implies?
BE A PURPOSE DRIVEN PERSON
HAVE A BEAUTIFUL DAY

Everybody desires to be on Top, too many people have the same desire, but not do what it requires to get there, only few people do something extra that make them to be ahead of other with the same desire.
what is that extra thing you are doing or would have to do to make u too to be ahead of others with such desire of being on top?
heard that about 56% of youths are looking for Job, will not take a giant steep and try to add to you.
Never forget that there is different between what is on paper and what you can do. what on paper may give u a platform to show case what u can do and if you refuse to sharpen that which u can do, how flourish will u be?

QUESTION: then Success is what and for who?
