Just 4 ingridients for this delicious BAKED SPANISH OMELETTE

🥔4 potatoes peeled and diced
🧅1 medium onion chopped
🥚5 eggs
🧀1 cup grated cheese
Salt and pepper to taste😋

🥔 boil the potatoes, when potatoes are tender, remove from heat and set aside to cool

🥚Whisk eggs in a large bowl, add the chopped onion, potatoes and cheese, sprinkle salt and pepper Stir until well combined- then pour into the greased baking dish

🧀🥔 Bake for 30 to 45 mins (180)
🥚🧅 Remove from the oven and allow to cool,
🥔🥚SERVE🧅🧀
