The world seems to revolve around great ideas and how successful one can be, but in the true sense, the world should revolve around the well-being of people.

A great idea is meant to serve the growth of humanity, not the growth of one's wealth or reputation only, and the reward for taking care of the well-being of humanity is an increase in reputation and wealth.

Humans are not meant to be used as a means to an end. the goal should be the growth and advancement of people; in that process, our needs are met, and people become the goal.

People shouldn't be exploited for personal advancement. people's growth should be the reward for personal advancement.

As respected people or leaders, we’re sometime conditioned to see apology, vulnerability, or simply doing what’s expected of us as weakness.

We must never forget: we are still human. No amount of success or mastery changes the fact that we live in a human fragile flesh.

Greatness does not make us less or more of humans. So yes, it's okay to be great and still be human enough to say sorry, to stumble, to face your weaknesses.
