You can't teach a fish to climb a tree! These words of Albert Einstein are brilliant and to the point. A fish will never become good at climbing a tree but a fish can become great at swimming and escaping from predators.

At our workplace we see something similar happen. The ones who are great at climbing a tree learn to be good swimmers and the ones who are great swimmers learn to be good at climbing a tree! Greatness spoiled into mediocrity!

While I was waiting for my INTERVIEW in a reception area, a pizza delivery man, a young guy, dressed in a T-shirt and jeans carried a heavy pack of pizza boxes and water bottles.

He struggled with the door, I jumped up, but before I could help him, a receptionist let him through.
