About last Sunday, we thank God for the success of the welfare Sunday. God did it. We bless God for supernatural provisions in all forms. We are also grateful for the grace to impact lives, through giving and loving. Jesus did it in a magnificent way.

WALKING IN THE SPIRIT 3
The transport system between the earth realm and the heavenly realm is the spirit of God. Men and woman who have the authority to move between these realms are people who have totally subject themselves to the dealings and teaching of the spirit, having the understanding of the finished job of our Lord Jesus Christ on the cross.
The pathway of the spirit is not taught in the contemporary school neither is it taught in the seminary, but men who yielded their hearts to the workings of the spirit has been gifted to impact as many who are willing to understand this pathways.
You will not be able to understand life as a young Christian until you understand how to WALK IN THE SPIRIT.
Join us on 22nd of September at FGC Ikeja Church 2i Obasa Street, Off Oba-Akran Road, Ikeja Lagos. By 10pm prompt.

So heres the gist;
I have beards. Yeah am hairy like that, just that I don’t like to show myself. So for all those boys using spirit to force the beards out; forming beard gang take a chill pill. . God makes all things beautiful in His time. Tarry here till you are endued…
Ok so every time I start to feel hitching in my jaw line I know its time to get rid of the beards. I remember one time dad saw me shave, he didn’t like the idea. He thinks pulling out the hair is cool and that stops it from growing.
Yeah, brilliant idea, lovely suggestion. But it’s a NO NO. I mean have you ever tried pulling a strand of hair out of any part of your body? That thing is as painful as… I mean it has a mind of its own. One attempt at yanking off a strand is enough to make me hug my shaving stick so tight. life is just easier that way. Did I hear you say waxing? Yes I am considering that option, maybe not, well I might.
From this experience I have learnt a few things.
Many of us have some habits like my beards that I like to hide. (only few people know, not a lot of people are allowed to get that close). We cant tell nobody about it because its embarrassing, shameful, annoying. Some times we beat ourselves over it and organise pity parties, consoling ourselves when no one accepts our invitation to such parties.
At other times those habits give us some days off like (my beards when I just finish shaving). That don’t mean the habit is gone or that you are free. You could be on a break because your partner in the act is away from you, or you changed environment or maybe because you don’t know what is at the end of your letting go. Sooner of later the habit pops up again and you are frustrated and down cast.
Imagine if I just close my eyes for a few seconds to yank off the strands of hair. I would have succesfully dealt with the situation. But I’d rather a temporary situation, that gets worse after each shave.
I have come to realise that prunning is not enjoyable. Infact its difficult, the struggle is real. But you have to let it go. With such habits you cannot bear good fruit and the Bible is clear about it in
Matthew 3vs 10; ‘and now the axe is laid unto the root of the trees: therefore every tree which bringeth not forth good fruit is hewn down and cast into the fire. You cannot help yourself. Can’t you see how far self medication has taken you? Deeper in the act. Theres much more goodness on the other end of being prunned. Imagine a Rose garden with thorns around it. Let the habits go. You’d be glad you did. His yoke is light,His burden is easy.
I hope this blesses someone.

I think it’s no more news that my love for agbalumo is eternal, unending, unshaking. But there’s just this one food that stands out. You don’t want to make me choose between the two, it’s going to be a tough one. I’d rather have parts of each than pick one.
Hmmm, its plantain and anything related to it. Barbecued plantain was my primary school all-time favorite, still is anyways. Am not giving up on it yet. From fried plantain and garri to plantain and bread, you name it. Plantain is just dope. So over the weekend after a prayer meeting in church, just by Akiode bus stop, this woman arranged her merchandise; it was barbecued plantain, sorry I meant Boli. When I sighted it, I levitated, naturally and instantly gravitating towards her.
I picked the first fresh one I saw, without checking whether it was worth the price or not. No need to bargain I thought to myself as the heavenly smell of Boli filled my senses, clouding every sense of judgment and putting economics to shame.
I got home to find out, I could have got more value for my money, it was not as soft as I would have preferred it but my impatience and fantasy wouldn’t allow.
Hmmmmm
How many times have we gone ahead of God in making decisions? How many times have we been lost in the moment to give sin a chance? How many times have we damned our worth for mere fantasies? How many times has impatience, hunger and desire clouded our sense of judgment? How many times have we got less than His will for our lives? How many times have we made decisions based on appearances? Some have godly form ooo!!!
Watch what you desire!!! Quench that thirst!!! Before you make that decision ask yourself these questions; is it worth the price He paid? Would He be glorified in this? Would my witness be ruined? If your answer to these questions are affirmative by all means go ahead.
