While there is no cure for arthritis, there are strategies to effectively manage its impact on daily life.
Here are essential tips for arthritis management:
1οΈβ£ Stay Active: Regular low-impact exercises like swimming, walking, and cycling can help maintain joint flexibility, strengthen muscles, and reduce pain.
2οΈβ£ Maintain a Healthy Weight: Excess weight increases joint strain, so strive for a healthy weight to alleviate pressure on joints and reduce symptoms.
3οΈβ£ Protect Your Joints: Avoid repetitive motions and activities that strain your joints. Use assistive devices or ergonomic tools to ease joint stress.
