Yesterday I asked which post type gets the most love on Facebook, some got it right.

The answer is C) Video posts. 🎬

But why is video the king? Let me explain it simply:

✔️It catches your eye: When you are scrolling, a moving video is much harder to ignore than a still picture or just words.

✔️Facebook loves it: The "brain" behind Facebook (the algorithm) likes showing videos to more people because it knows we love to watch them!

✔️It tells a better story: In a short video, you can see my face, hear my voice, and really understand what I’m teaching or what Debby Paradize Foods is all about.

Even a tiny 15-second video can get way more comments and shares than a long text post!
