Nina in Bosnia did the impossible last night by emerging as Rain's newest *BLACK RAIN DIAMOND*.

Nina lives in a country that was ravaged by years of war, their economy is terrible, many live in poverty, the mindset of many people in her country is really messed up, many are afraid to even do business or make money....the war really messed many of them up. Their economy is a developing one....they have issues with getting products, also do not pay with cards...their RAIN transactions are done by cash and all counted before points are applied....her volume is never in real time...Imagine how much harder herself & team have to work...Imagine the many calls to everyone to see if they've paid and if the cash has been counted and if the correct amount of points was applied for each transaction....

Still, this woman kept pushing and trudging on...against all odds.

So, it's not only in Nigeria that there are sometimes product issues, or economy palava or people living in poverty....still your WHY can push you to success as Nina has just proven.

My people, we can either make money or make excuses, we can't make both.
