How to hard reset samsung S5....1. Switch off your phone....2. Press and hold the volume up and home button...without releasing the two buttons and hold the power button as well...3 hold them depressed until your phone boots with the word recovery mode in the upper left corner...4 To navigate the recovery mode screen,use the volume up and down to move up and down,use the power button to select an option..5. Select WIPE DATA/FACTORY RESET ...use power button to click on it.....Good luck....
