Day 3 of our Hands-on Molecular Biology Techniques.
The trainees had first-hand experience on quality and quantity checks of the isolated DNA using Agarose Gel electrophoresis and Nanodrop Spectrophotometer.

The trainees were then taken through Single Nucleotide Polymorphism(SNP) Markers Using Genotyping in Sequencing and the Application of DarTSeq by Rajneesh Paliwal.

It's fulfilling to know that our Trainees have been exposed to one of the major biotechnology tools to ensure productivity in their various fields.
