The time you would've spent on Netflix and on other social media platforms, "lol-ing" and "kikiki-ing", if you put it in good use you'd have realized how amazing the things you wouldd have done would have been.
In a nutshell, limit your time on media if it's not bringing a "fruitful" result.

The best way you can help yourself is to choose a niche for yourself and source for the most accurate information on how you can excel in that niche, you can take courses, buy books pertaining to the niche and before long, you'll be surprised at how successful you are.
NB: it is extremely important to implement everything you learned👌
