Responsibilities include: looking after the physical comfort of patients, for example helping them to wash themselves and emptying bedpans. keeping departments clean and tidy, for example cleaning equipment and making and changing beds. taking and recording basic observations such as blood pressure and temperature.

Project managers are responsible for planning and overseeing projects to ensure they are completed in a timely fashion and within budget. Project managers plan and designate project resources, prepare budgets, monitor progress, and keep stakeholders informed the entire way.
