"What!!!"Rose scream and rush inside the sitting room without waiting for any word from Betty
"Ohh my baby girl"Mathew said with a smile, five bottles of alcohol were laid on the table, he has emptied four bottles
"You mean..."Rose cut her word short and rush inside her room and slam the door behind her
"Ohh God why is dad doing like this"Rose said as she sobs quietly, she rest her on her pillow.
"Rose"Betty call as she open the door
"Where is the prospectus"Betty ask
"This it,my score is 70%"Rose said as she give Betty the lists
"Okay, you tried but you need to put more effort"Betty said as she hug her
"I will borrow money from my friends to buy your needs, let me be going to the stall"Betty said and leave the room.
"Ohh gosh, I'm hungry"Rose said as she touch her grumbling stomach, she rush to the fridge and pick an ice cream, she rushed out so as not to become upset to her father
"Useless man"Rose mutter and hiss, she heard her dad singing
"Drinking is my job ooo
I will drink for life ooo"
She became angry and furious, not long her mother bought her needs
"Thanks mum, you are the best , I will miss you so much"Rose pouted as she hug her mother, she inhale her scent and close her eyes gently.

The time is 7:00am, Betty peck her daughter; Rose, to make her awake.
"Wake up princess"Betty said
"Ohh mum, Good morning"Rose said sleepily
"Remember you are doing your exam today"Betty said
"Ohh that's true"Rose said as she make her way to the bathroom, after some minutes, she wear her orange gown with her pair of sneakers
"Bye mum" Rose said as she rush out of the house
"Okay bye darling"Betty reply her from the kitchen.

Rose drop at the front gate of Silver Stone High School, she admirer the big school, she became confuse about the way to the administration office, Angela one of the student was passing by
"Hi, please can you direct me to the administration office"Rose ask
"Keep on going then you will turn to your left side"Angela explain
"Ohh thanks, I'm Rose"Rose said with a smile
"Angela"Angela said and walk away.
Rose did her exam, though she try all her best but she is afraid to hear the result, she sit under a big tree.
"Hey beauty"Roland said as he sit beside her
"I guess you are a new student"Roland said while staring at her
"Ohh yes "Rose said shyly
"I'm Roland "Roland said with a smile
"Rose "Rose said still feeling shy
"Wow that's a beautiful name, so have you check your result, i think it has been uploaded "Roland said
"Okay, let me check it "Rose said as she feels reluctant to check it, she brought out her phone
"Can you please check it for me am afraid" Rose said and give him the phone
"Okay, you score 70%"Roland said with shock
"Ohh my goodness" Rose said feeling a little bit relief
"I think you can still do better than that, but you try"Roland said, they gist themselves and Rose leave for home.

"Mum why are you feeling dull"Rose ask confusedly
"Your father had just arrived"Betty said soberly
"I think that's a good news"Rose said confusedly
"He has spent all the money i have kept for your school needs on alcohol"Betty wept
"What!!!!"Rose rush inside the sitting room without waiting for any word.
