During the random 340 days that Atiku was acting President between 1999-2003, the solutions to solve the Niger- Delta militancy, Bakasi and Shari'a law uprising were conceived and put to play, Atiku was the mastermind.

Coincidentally, these major security threats happened in the Yoruba, Igbo and Hausa domains, Atiku decisively dealt with the situation once and for all as a true man in charge for all Nigerians alike

This is the very leader Nigeria needs at this peculiar time when security challenge is at it peak and with aggrieved sections of the country feeling marginalized, we need a person naturally inclined to peace building and unification who does not only desire to proffer solutions but who has done it before.

Abubakar spoke on Friday 11th November, 2022 at a meeting with business groups in Abuja.

The former vice-president said the ministry was established to ensure the development of the Niger Delta, hence it should be in the region.

“The ministry should be situated in the Niger Delta,” he said.

“Whether it is Port Harcourt or any other place, the responsibility is to develop the infrastructure and human capital and so on of the Niger Delta.

“What has happened since the ministry of the Niger Delta was created? Billions of monies have been allocated to it. Where are the monies going? Into pockets?

“If I am elected, the ministry of Niger Delta will be in the Niger Delta.”

Most importantly to know and remember, in 1999 when Obasanjo And Atiku came into power, Atiku initiated and pushed for the historical " ALL INCLUSIVE GOVERNMENT POLICY/IDEA " that ensured members of the opposition, competent women and youths, all tribes and creed were fully represented in key positions of their cabinet.

That policy was first made practical in the balanced selection of the members of the economic council he presided over and chaired.

Atiku was also a key player that ensured power went to the South to make up for Abiola's June-12 Saga and the the serial ruling of Northern Military Heads of States from 1985 to 1998.

Nigerians that care to remember and understand knows what that meant to the peaceful National stability we enjoyed then, it gave every Nigerian a genuine sense of belonging and stake in power to move the country forward.

Those two powerful master plans were solely responsible for calming down the violent tension all over the atmosphere.
